LEFTDOOR PARMESAN WEEK
Hey guys! From 21 to 24 September, leftdoor in Frankfurt had a Parmesan Woche which we attended - and can say wholeheartedly we enjoyed!
Good food, wine and company is a combination that can never go wrong.
There were some interesting meals with some great wines. Parmesan with quinoa, spinach, ravioli, gnocchi, caviar, truffle, schnapps... and that's just some of the ingredients used in the dishes!
One thing for sure, is that it was a rich culinary experience and words and pictures aren't enough to do it justice!
It's great to see that even though the pandemic may have slowed down some things, we are still able to safely come together and enjoy these unique events, so that in small ways we can start building those connections again.
It was a really well organized event and we want to extend a huge thank you to those who made it possible - and if you weren't able to join this time around, hopefully down the line there will be more chances to come together and enjoy some good times together!
