Elegance and finesse!
An aromatic round of salt and herbs, with whiffs of sweet spices and enveloping citrus returns. On the palate it is vertical and forthright, with a stable balance between freshness and softness. layers and complexity. Comparable with a Chardonnay from Burgundy. A new experience!
Daniele Ricci is the anarchic, revolutionary and unconventional winemaker of the Tortonese hills. He is the one who uses long macerations on the skins, refines in underground amphorae, eliminates the use of selected yeasts and does not clarify.
A natural expression of Timorasso, a different interpretation that in our opinion further reveals the great potential and longevity of this thin-skinned, aromatic grape, with good acidity but slow to ripen and indulge. 3 days maceration and then aged in acacia wood. Not filtered or clarified.
