On the hillside of an extinguished volcano in south of Italy, the farm has about 22 hectares of mixed cultivation, from olives to chestnuts and fruit. The vineyard area is only 2 hectares and farmed biodynamically. Roberto is making his wines in a natural way, from the vineyard to the cellar.
This Primitivo does 15 days of maceration and ages for 9 months in amphora. The wine is bottled without filtration or fining. A natural wine to be enjoyed sip after sip.
