A vulcanic rosé wine!
So delicious and light, with a nice balanced acidity and supple mouthfeel.
This rosé made of Primitivo grapes has all the characteristics to be your new favourite this summer. It is characterized by hints of red berries accompanied by notes of white fruits. It wants to be the spontaneous expression of the vineyard, of the vintage,
of the grape variety and above all of the volcanic territory of Sessa Aurunca.
When to drink it? Because of its structure you can easily pair the wine with sushi or beef tartar, delicious with aubergine parmigiana.

This Primitivo rosé stays in contact with the skins for only few hours, and then it ages for 6 months in amphora. The wine is bottled without filtration or fining. An important wine to be enjoyed sip after sip.
