A vulcanic (ORANGE) wine!
The nose is complex, yet elegant. Aromas of green apple, peach and citrus fruit, jasmine and acacia.
The taste dry, mineral and enchanting, clean with a balanced acidity and long aftertaste. You can really feel the terroir in your glass! This Fiano will express its best when drunk not too cold, so take it out from the fridge half an hour before and enjoy its evolution in the glass.
When to drink it? Because of its structure you can easily pair the wine with more elaborated dishes. Traditional pairing is rabbit "alla cacciatora" (with olives).

On the hillside of an extinguished volcano in south of Italy, the farm has about 22 hectares of mixed cultivation, from olives to chestnuts and fruit. The vineyard area is only 2 hectares and farmed biodynamically. Roberto is making his wines in a natural way, from the vineyard to the cellar.
This Fiano does 8 days of maceration and ages for 6 months in amphora. The wine is bottled without filtration or fining. An important wine to be enjoyed sip after sip.
