MAKE LAMBRUSCO GREAT AGAIN (pt.2)
You really need to try this one out! I have been so excited on including this wine to the portfolio, you can't even imagine! This wine is darker and deeper, with loads of blackcurrant and wild berries, paired with crisp acidity and a salty finish. The wine is dark rosé/red in the glass!
Gianluca Bergianti and his family started this very sensible project in the hills surrounding Modena over 10 years ago. From day one they focus on biodiversity and the farm includes vegetables, cereals, aromatic herbs and fruit and fully biodynamically! His philosophy in winemaking is to make an easy to approach wine and drinkable, without the fuss of being complicated.
