Christine and Philipp took over the family business just a couple of years ago and they are showing already a huge talent. The company has two brands, PIRI and PIRI NATURAL, same terroir but different expression. They are working on regenerative viticulture and slowly transforming what was conventional into organic and biodynamic.
Hand-picked grapes undergo semicarbonic maceration and they are fermented with natural yeast for about 2 weeks,. Then the wine is aged in oak on its lees for 10 months. This produce a seductive style easy to approach and complex.
