MAKE LAMBRUSCO GREAT AGAIN (pt.3)
Technically this is not a Lambrusco as made from white grape varieties, but style and area of production are basically the same. Crisp lively acidity with loads of citrus notes, wild flowers and ripe stone fruits. It works really well with antipasti and light summer salads or on its own as first glass of the party! Terrific value for money! No sulfur added at any point, with a total of only 28g/l (like supertiny!)
This winery has a long family history, but its reborn was in the beginning of the year 2000s. Fully manual approach with the lowest intervention, Terraquilia separates itself from other wineries in the Lambrusco area as its vineyards are relatively high on the hills, which is pretty untypical for the region. This translates in very fresh and crisp wines, really characteristic!
